I found a little time for myself and so I finished up this cut little number. Your lookin' at over 200 balloons, and yup, it took more time than I thought it would. I plan to hang it up whenever it's somebody's birth-week. I got the styro wreath at Hobby Lobby with a coupon, had to order the birthday wording online from Hobby Lobby and then I mounted it on red and then white cardstock and attached everything with floral pins which I got at Walmart. My daughter loved it even though it wasn't finished in time for her actual birthday. Better late than never, right? That seems to be my motto nowadays. :)Happy Birthday!
